I love this character but you need to change a few things.
First off your personality is all over the place. You say she says something about everything and anything but then says she doesn't argue back. A cat that talks alot is often one that will have something to say no matter what the circumstance is. Just straighten that out and your personality will be fine.
The only other thing is your rp sample. It must be in third person with only your cat talking. It has to be an example of how you would rp on the site. Letting another character in and talk with Frostbite would make that controlling another character, or powerplaying, which isn't allowed.
