Physical Description:

Ruinedpaw is a calico she-cat. Her back, top of head, and tail is covered in red and black patches. Her tail tip and the rest of her body is pure white except for a patch of black on her belly. She has long legs and round, small paws. Her tail, like her father's, is short, but it doesn't faze her. Her ears, also like her father, are tall and pointed at the end. They aren't rounded like most cats. She has almond-shaped green eyes like her father. Ruinedpaw looks exactly like her father's side of the family; long-limbed, lean-bodied, and pointed features. She is strong and fast, good with her paws. She could easily be a good warrior.

Personality Description:

Ruinedpaw is quite clever and tactical. She can easily figure out solutions to daunting problems. Because of this in times of trouble she would be a usefull ally to have on your side. She is also intuitive and can decipher how others are feeling and by this she can usually see how they're going to act. This is how she chooses who to trust.Ruinedpaw is very loyal and not only to her leader. Even though her mother is not fond of her she would do anything for her. But she would also defend her father, his new mate, and her half brother too. Even though her mother and father don't speak anymore she still loves both of them. She admires her older brother for his courage and liveliness too. Ruinedpaw is courageous herself and she doesn't back down easily. In anyfight, or even petty arguments. She never shows fear; to older cats or more experienced ones. One thing though is she is a bit frantic about dogs. She doesn't see them often so when they're close she become extremely overbearing to Stormypelt, even though he's older than her. She is very realistic and doesn't fantasize about anything. She doesn't dream of one day her mother loving her. In her mind her mother never will. Ruinedpaw loves helping out. If given a task she'll complete it and loves being showered in praise even though she doesn't look like she enjoys it.

History:

On a sunny afternoon the young queen, Breezeflower, gave birth to a single kit. This kit was a healthy calico she-cat. Breezeflower was mated with the warrior, Hawksong, but when she told him about the kit he didn't care. He was seen with another she-cat, nuzzling her and Breezeflower became angry. She thought having a kit would change the tom's view on her, but it didn't. Breezeflower named her kit Berry due to the color of the patches on her glossy, white pelt. Hawksong finally admitted that Birchfeather, his new mate, kit, Stormypelt, was actually his. This made Breezeflower extremely upset and it didn't help that Berrykit looked so much like her father. Because of Hawksong's betrayal Berry was renamed Ruined at five days old.

Ruinedkit grew up mostly independent from her mother. Due to her father's mate Breezeflower moslty ignored her kit. She wanted out of the nursery as soon as possible, but stayed to feed Ruinedkit. When she was givent he name Ruinedpaw she proved that she really did take after her father. She was amazingly agile for such a young kit. At first she was clumsy due to her having some long legs, but she learned quickly how to control them. She became one of the best hunters out of the apprentices. In battle practice she's use her speed and intuition to beat nearly all of her challengers. Her father took interest in her and said he was proud of her. Although he caused her mother great grief Ruinedkit didn't hate him. When her half brother started sparring with her she enjoyed it. One day when she was training with him near the swamps her mother caught them and she raked her claws across Stormypelt's face. Ruinedpaw was stunned and her mother started fighting with the docile dark gray tom. He was pushed into the swamp and nearly was dragged under until Ruinedpaw leaped in to help. No one spoke of that day to anyone.

Ruined paw has become a powerful and fast apprentice, much like her father. She is currenlty six moons old.
